The three-way PvP dynamic probably is the bigger problem overall; battle high just makes it even worse at times.

People oft seem like they aren't paying any heed to where people are and who's actually in the lead and will thus blindly pick fights that end up only pushing the first place team further ahead.

In Rival Wings, if I get stomped, it's easier to accept since it just meant my team was inferior. In Frontlines, though, I've had too many situations where we could've taken first but the third place decided to just drag us down with them instead of playing smart and ganging up on the guys in first place. I think they might not realize that reward-wise, second place isn't any better then third so fighting to get into second because it seems like you have no chance of getting first is a bit silly.
