Ps4 issues with game corrupting

Been having issues all weekend. Music stops playing, game rubber bands to catch up, then crashes saying the game is corrupt on my ps4. I've deleted all data pertaining from the game off my ps4. (application data, saved data, and the whole game itself). I've rebuilt ps4 database, redownlaoded the game twice. It keeps doing it. Blue screen saying game is corrutped. I'm at wits end here trying to figure this out. It's Not my internet. I've tested other games, speeds, trace routes etc etc. No issues. Girlfriends account on her PC works fine. Roommates account his ps4, fine.
