I don't know how much clearer I can make this you will actually make people stop playing your game faster when things feel unobtainable versus something you can work towards that is not some stupid grind.

I agree with this, I haven't been bothering with Ifrit or Moogle since a few weeks after it was released, If I felt I was working towards something .. ie 10 kills = a weapon then that would be fine, but not knowing if I am going to be one of the unfortunate who spam it 100 times and still get no weapon.. yea I would rather not bother.

As someone above said I will go if my LS need an 8th person but that's about it.
