what i wanna know is why the nuts cost 10, those things drop worse for me then the totems.

Knew this was going to happen when I was reading the JP rep post and translating lol.
Most likely because they are adding Garuda in 1.22 so 20 for Garuda, 10 for Moogle, 5 for Ifrit and later patch with next primal. __(next primal)__ 20, Garuda 10, Moogle 5, Ifrit 5 (or 3) is my guess.

you may be right, only time will tell. If patterns persist, one day you will just go talk to the npc and he will give you the weapons.Knew this was going to happen when I was reading the JP rep post and translating lol.

I think it's pretty apparent now that they just refuse to admit that they don't want to let people get the weapons that easily because it means people will stop doing the content faster and therefore quit the game because there's nothing to do. I would argue though that there's quite a bit of other content besides primals to do at this point. And by the time these changes come (1.22) there will be even more content, and primal weapons may even be obsolete with the addition of AF weapons. So there's really no reason to delay us getting the weapons further.
Also would appreciate some clarity as to whether or not you will be able to obtain the weapons in 2.0 or if they are only available in the current version. If you can't obtain them in 2.0 then all the more reason to make it easier, as people will want them as a memento from the current version. Not to mention primal weapons will just become a vanity item in the future anyway as more powerful items are released.

I would also like to know this. I have been doing Ifrit since the week it came out. I kept getting nothing but DM and after 2 months of it I had to take a little break because I was getting angry at the fact that I had DM and people doing it the first time were getting 2-3 weapons in one night. Then I came back and started to do Ifrit again, still getting DM but I kept going and going and going. FINALLY in January I got my first Ifrit weapon (the axe) so I kept going and going. February came along and I got the THM and CNJ weapon + 9 totems in one night (no one gave me totems, was all my drops!) This past Wednesday night I got my 6th Ifrit weapon (the bow, finally) and I had 14 totems saved up so I purchased the lance and I was done with Ifrit weapons. I had no repeat weapons at all (my poor sister has received Ifrit's Blade x7, LNC x2, PUG x2, MRD x2.)....snip.....

Now it is time to spam Moogle and hope I have better luck with it than Ifrit. Sadly I see that Garuda should be coming out at the end of April and I can see myself again stuck with two different primals I have to fight. If I knew that the primals and their drops will still be available to us in 2.0, I'd feel a lot better and less stressed at needing to get all these right now before they disappear.
I hope a community rep can let us know!
Getting done faster = less chance of newer people getting a chance at it because everyone has their shit, so why would they help someone?
Im sorry but after what I went thru to get all 7 of Ifrit and Moogle, I will not help anyone but people in my linkshell. I want to have fun and enjoy the game not be tortured because SE screwed up royally. thats there problem and the players should not be punished for the stupidity in the 1st place! So in the end it is still the new players that will get the shaft because very few who went thru both Ifrit and Moogle most likely wont do it again.
Its fine the way it is.
I dont want 100% drop rate on anything in a MMO.

I still don't get why they don't allow the loot be able to be passed to another member if you got dupe, so much dupes seems to be going to waste ><
