Absolutely Glamourous quest red to me?

I've done the previous quests for Swyrgeim to unlock dyes and glamours but the third quest (Absolutely Glamourous) remains red to me. Do I have to be wearing something or standing on one leg for her to talk to me? Maybe the orange juice was off?

Whenever a new quest shows that red unavailable icon, talking to the quest giver (and selecting that quest if they have multiple dialog options) will tell you what requirements are blocking you from being able to do it.

That particular one requires you're on a crafting class, as it unlocks the recipes for crafting glamour prisms.
