    Intermittant crash on exit

    Only happened a couple of times, but when exiting FFXIV sometimes it will hang, the screen goes black, and while I can alt-tab it doesn't show anything. It stay on black. I can't get to task manager (but it is opening) and I'm forced to do a hard shut down.

    This only started happening after the recent windows 10 update.

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

    You mentioned it only happened a few times, so there are times when it closes normally? Do you notice any patterns to when it does and does not happen?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
