Ok, my new GPU came in. I installed it, tested it, and decided I will give $13 more dollars before calling it quits. Unfortunately, I am still crashing with a faster card and 4X that VRAM. Some sound files don't play either still.

I am now within the System Requirements listed here and still have issues. So I have tested this game across 3 configurations on 2 different systems with different versions of windows and a clean install of FFXIV yet still have issues. I am hoping for a solution by the end of my month's subscription or I can not continue paying for a game I can not play.
Just so summarize my issue: I do not crash in any <4.X content including all of Stormblood/4.0. I do not crash in normal gameplay nor do I crash in unvoiced cutscenes and some voiced cutscenes. I only crash in cutscenes where I notice there are voice lines missing that don't play. I have troubleshooted thoroughly as far as to buying a new GPU to meet the requirements and have monitored my system's condition during the crashes. The errors don't actually seem critical since the cutscenes continue to play sometimes in the background but I can't continue them or bring the game back into focus because of an error message that force-closes the game. I have tested across multiple systems, hardware types (Intel&AMD CPUs and NVIDIA&AMD GPUs), and have used windows 10 versions ranging from 2018 to the most current version.
