    I have no overlays I can think of and I have tried disabling all on-essential processes while running FFXIV. I will try to boot into safe mode tomorrow since I have not tried that but I am not sure if the game will even run. Even then, I don't understand why certain audio clips would not play in cutscenes that have crash points. The cutscene I am stuck at now crashes in both DX9 and DX11.

    I was also able to complete the Shadowbringers benchmark without crashing and can still play Stormblood 4.0 cutscenes.


    Edit: I booted into safe mode with networking and launched with the lowest settings with the basic Microsoft display driver and still crashed at the cutscene.
