    some skill icon description

    It is hard telling which skill is which if you don't play that often or have a good memory. I think this hurts new people first trying the game figuring out which icon for each skill.It is hard to look while you in battle. It used to describe them now since they changed the icons I am totally lost.

    It still does describe them, it is likely you turned of the tooltip, click the ? with the 3 dots under it on your micro menu.

    In the micro menu you can flag description of skills. It's the ? icon

    That got dealt with back in 1.20b: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...0b-Patch-Notes, look for item [dev1299]. The icon for turning the action descriptions on and off is at the bottom right of your micro menu.
