Youtube isn't free.
It costs you electcity
it costs you internet
It costs you bandwidth
it costs you time

These are all costs you pay to watch the "free" thing.
If you don't take these costs into acount, then you have failed to properly judge the values of your time, among other things.

"Free" things have costs, this makes them not free.
