


1.) Add an optional 4 digit pin to the safe so that hackers in your account can't access it.
2.) Make it so that logging on from another IP triggers an account lockout only unlock-able via e-mail recovery (you know, like what happens if you log in from another computer in your house but for some reason doesn't happen if someone from another country logs in to your account)
That is already a thing, it will lock your account and ask for email confirmation if you don't have a one-time pass token, which is also a fix for easy password 'hacks'.

My friend didn't have a one time pass token and it didn't lock his account when someone from austria logged in (you can check IPs that have logged in to your account on mog station) for reference my friend is from the UK.
So we have definitive proof someone from Austria hacked into his account and it just let him in, he received no e-mails and it's reasonable to assume his e-mail address has not been compromised so the lock out seems temperamental.
