either support desk report ,talk to GM's or go to customer support anything else i have no idea.

all of those options have been tried, only thing we can do is keep trying until it's taken so long that the theft falls off of the activity log and they don't accept our screenshots as they were taken too long ago

Hopefully we'll get this sorted but the GM's are not making this easy. Starting to feel more resentment towards the support staff than the actual criminal.

While there are many ways to contact a GM for whatever purpose, the hard sad truth is you guys are going to need to take the lesson and move forwards.
This is how it's always been, I don't think anything further will ever be done in regards to your situation.

I'll go down kicking and screaming if I have to, that's the lalafell way. The only thing I've learned so far is never rely on square enix to do the right thing.

Instead of kicking and screaming to people that cannot help you, you should take the lesson learned here.
Make it better for everyone in your FC by familiarizing yourself with the systems you may not yet fully understand the workings of.

I doubt there's anything you can do to fix the situation as this point since it seems the GMs consider the FC chest solely the FC leader's responsibility. In the future, the only way to try to prevent this from happening is using the one-time password app to make sure no one else can access your account and only give chest and promotion rights to characters who can be 100% trusted (also to protect their account).

When SE provides the free ability to secure your account with 2-factor authentication, and also, its incredibly unlikely his account got hacked and VERY likely he used a weak password on another site that was compromised OR fell for the twitch scams. All of which WERE his fault.

If it was SE's system at self that was at fault, sure, but its not.

the system used to have automatic lockout if it detected a different IP. I'm sure it still does, this is a failing on square's part.

Not saying the 2-factor isn't a useful addition, but it shouldn't be a necessary one.

If they get robbed and had the door unlocked or the key under the front mat, well....

Its FREE. They incentivize it with a 100% free teleport in game. Its in your face in that the password entry box is always there. Short of forcing players to use it (which would lead to complaints of "wahh, over-protection" I'm sure, would go a long way to reducing the amount of "hacked" accounts.

I believe it is so much easier to catch someone swearing, than finding evidence to proof someone steal from FC
