Question about reporting

I was running Castrum Meridianum and some guy kept spamming the magitek missile loading system message, when asked PLEASE to stop doing it he just gave out a bad attitude, twice.
Messing with my game through repeated, still looping messages in the middle of my screen despite I'm already outside the instance.
Can I report that?

Well, you need to load the missile to finish the duty, so I'm not sure the GM would be able to punish them for that. Not unless they said something like "I'm explicitly doing this to bother you".

... you.. CAN... as spamming emotes and text is generally accepted to be reportable, I would report the bad attitude reaction more than the action spamming if you're looking to get the player reprimanded.

Well, the hand loads one missile at a time, there's no need to spam it at the speed of some sort of autoclicker, completely flooding the chat and making me have the loading message pop in screen for almost two minutes after I left the instance.

Wait, what, how is that a thing? How is it still looping? I didn't even know a message popped up when someone is loading the thing - especially not in the middle of your screen. And he certainly couldn't have done it enough as he stopped to give you attitude.
So, to be clear. He kept pressing the loader, repeatedly - which had the message show up for you that he was pressing it? And when you told him to stop he gave you attitude, for which he kept pressing it? Doesn't that action have a castbar, or does it go 'You can't do that,' for the entire group. Honestly can't remember.
