Linkshell system overhaul very long over due.

Now that the game is in good condition overall, please fix the linkshell system. It needs a way for leaders to manage kicking, inviting, and promoting people without being next to them; remove the max player limit, show how long it has been since players have been online so we know who is playing and who isn't, and add a command that lets us specify a linkshell for messages like "/L5 hey guys whats up? i would like to join the party" so we can talk to linkshells without having to change them constantly. Thank you
