I don' think the problems you had in XI will transfer over as heavily in XIV for bad players leveling entirel in Qufim. In XI some jobs worked particularly well at some levels, BLm in Qufim is a great example, in XIV the SP is scalled slightly and there is more smaller groups running around. As it sands now, most people won'thave large pary xperience by 50 in either case, so it won't be a big deal. In XI you expected the perosn at 75 to have party experience, that expectation doesn't exist in XIV.
