Where is my level sync

How many people would use it to play with friends?
And how many people would use it to do Levinshower as an R20 every day?
I'm gonna be completely honest, had there been level sync since day one... I'd be at R50 in every war and magic class right now.... And so would many others.. and even fewer people still playing because of that

Did you even read my post? Obviously not you just read the last sentence, oh well here we go again:

First I imagine a lot of people would use it to play with friends, why wouldn't you want to play with your friends. Also not just friends but it makes grouping a lot easier as you don't have to wait for people of certain ranks around your to seek.

Lets see you say doing Leve's at R20 so lets go over that and clear that one up first:

1 - SP on everything is capped at 10+ Ranks above your rank so if you are R40 and do an R30 Leve you can still use the stars to make the Mob's rank over 10 of an R40 so you would still max SP/EXP from the Leves.

2 - Even if you took your R40 and synced down to R20 you still would use the star's and the mobs would still be 10+ ranks above and guess what???? You still get exactly the same SP/EXP. Now I know you are going to say "no you don't you get a lot more at R20". Well the reason for that is because between R1-23 you get a bonus applied to you SP/EXP however as your true rank is R40 you would not get that bonus even if you are synced at R20.

Does that clear that up for you?

Now about the game being too easy already. Well yes it is and I agree but I still fail to see how Level Sync will change that if anything it will help fix it, how?

Well with Level Sync added they can remove the "within 10 Ranks" we currently have for the Party System as it would no longer be needed. The "within 10 Ranks" is a completely stupid idea and it is bordering on Power Levelling. If you had a Party of 7 R20's and 1 R30 and you went to kill R35 Hippocerfs the R30 can easily kill that solo meaning all the R20 would get max SP/EXP for doing nothing at all, now that is broken. With Level Sync they can remove the "within 10 Ranks and return it to a more reasonable "within 3 Ranks" this straight away would make Parties more challenging as they wouldn't be able to have the high level there to kill everything for them. The reason they made it "within 10 Ranks" was to allow more leniency so people could play together, with Level Sync that problem is solved.

Along side that they rescale the mobs, by this I mean if you are R20 and the Mob is R20 then that is an Even Match and would be a challenge. Then they make mobs that are 10 Ranks above impossible to kill solo or even duo, again this makes the game more challenging. Then they rebalance SP/EXP for the Mob's to make it fairer now they are more challenging. Something like 150-200 for an Even Match would be fair I would think as long as it was an actual challenge.

If they add Level Sync now then they can build all content with it in mind, if they wait 8 years or whatever then they will have one of the problems FFXI had and that is that the content wasn't designed with Level Sync in mind so Mob camps weren't balanced.

It goes back to the Chocobo/Airship argument. We don't NEED Chocobo's and Airship's to get around as we can get around with Anima and our own two feet, however they would be a great addition to make getting around more fun and quicker so why not add them. With Level Sync we don't NEED it but it would be a great addition to make finding and building parties quicker and being able to play with friends which equals more fun and less time standing around LFG.

You say if Level Sync was in you would be R50 in every class, would you please tell me how then Level Sync would enable such fast levelling that you can't already do in the game. The only way I could think of is that it would be easier to get a party as you would have a lot more people to pick from thus you would get more SP/EXP.

You say it will make the game easier, how will it? With Level Sync it will enable SE to do the things I have already outlined to make the game more challenging.

Anyway I am still waiting for your reasons why they should not add Level Sync as everything I have read so far has been utter tripe.

U may didnt notice, but u can get EVERY job up. So if u want to play with a low-rank friend, go switch to a low rank job.

You are truly unbelievable you pick one thing out of that whole post, are you completely stupid or something ffs. Oh and for the record my LOWEST class out of EVERY job is R25 so no I can't switch to a low level to play with a friend.

That is because it is good to play with friends and have fun is it not, or do you lack friends and this is why it is such an alien concept?

Well is playing with friends fun? I got the impression from you that you don't think so, that is why I wondered if maybe you didn't have any, I think it is a fair comment.
