Where is my level sync

How does it not make sense? I can't count how many times I have not been able to group with my friends in XIV because of level difference.

then you simply didnt Exp after 1.19 and/or dont understand the current Exp-system.

The time it takes to level is irrelevant if you are sitting at 20 now and your friend is 40. Which scenario is better? Wait a few days to play with your friend or sync up and play together now? That doesn't make sense to you?

Like i said before, it doesnt matter which level you are. You can have Level50 People in your Party and you will still get tons of Exp on lower levels. And no.. Saying you are not able to play with your friends, while the current system allows it, doesnt make sense to me.
