Where is my level sync

Once Ishgard opens and level cap increased then all starter cities will be ghost towns pretty much.

They could kind of solve this by issuing leves at camp and only having a MW/AH in the main 3 cities, of course if they did this Gridania would become the closest and most popular city :P
