"Ascertain the youths intentions" can't find last 2

I found 3 (2 youths and 1 item), now just have 1 red circle. But I have spent 3 hours searching and there is nothing there! Red circle is right hand one. I have gone back to other red circle area, have searched outside, nothing! Very frustrating since this is MQ

Is this the one in Little Ala Mhigo? I hate that place. Not sure what you're missing but do note there's actually two floors in that place. You can see the ramp going up from the aetheryte looking into the eastern chamber. Good chance what you need is up there.
