    Bahamut we all know he is coming and he wrapped around that tower in Mor' Dhana (spell check) but it think it would be cool that if the tower rises because of Dalmund (the red moon) getting closer to the ground that we fought like the first fight of a series with Bahamut. For example the tower starts to rise and form the crystal tower (idk if this is going to happen of course i am just saying) and it awakes him from sleep. We fight Bahamut in an instance or w/e where the tower is the center and it's rising to form the Crystal tower. Land can break away from the battle field and debris could fall from the sky that you have to dodge. All this going on and fighting bahaumt would be epic. have the final cut-scene bring the tower to full position. In the cut-scene the ground is still breaking away from you and you barely make it across before the rest of the land crumbles under neath and the fully resurrected crystal tower stands in all it glory in front of you.

    I apologize that dragon is actually midgardsormr! but, he was burnt to a crisp too bad that would have been cool.

    So could you kill him or what would finally stop him death? you setting up a trap for him? or a certain time limit that would decrease?

    You'd have to kill him before he reached the city....
    So many NMs and dungeons have time limits that feel so arbitrary and random
    Having a time sensitive battle that made sense would be cool
    Stun, bind and heavy could also slow him down....

    Maybe DOH + DOL could work together to set 'traps' up further down his path to slow him down? that would be pretty cool.

    Giant Crystal Golem (a.k.a Crystalline Entity) , 3-4 times as tall as a Hyur.
    • Earth shatter - AoE crystalline spikes emanate from the ground.

    • Temper Tantrum - Small AoE quake damage.

    • Aetherial shadows - Spawns multiple shadow bombs, attack random party members which explode if not killed swiftly.

    • Curse of ages - Inflicts 1 random status aliment on each party member (Silence, Poison, Blind etc)

    • Shrapnel - Inflicts moderate damage to the rear in a cone shape, inflicts stun.

    Reading this thread made me realize how stale FFXIV fights are. Pretty much every move boils down to AOE or enfeebling.
