Does anyone drink and heal?

It's not a constant or habit but...out of curiosity, (mind you I don't do extremes / 'endgame' stuff but roulette etc)
Last night I had a (Ehem) few and after a rather smooth run the thought came to me, does anyone else?

After years on (pre 5.0) AST I could easily toss out effective cards like a blackjack dealer after some drinks but had a few Oh SH moments last night but nothing a few ogcd would worry about.

Is anyone so comfortable in their respective healer role as to imbibe and keep 3 (or more) other people from around the globe, alive? Also interested in reading funny anecdotes on the matter. The healer thread is pretty wound up lately, I'd like to hear any of our whimsical sides. Thanks! (^_^)/"

During Stormblood I was in such a bad Ridorna Lighthouse party that I literally got out my wine bottle and started drinking just so I could ease the pain of healing. Made the run way more amusing. However, on a daily basis? No. There have also been a few times with friends where we played the drinking game where if someone dies, for example, we took a shot lol.

I don't know about the "looking cool" stuff, but drunk playing is very nice. Especially with friends.

I think you need a drink. Also you should read the first sentence of the last paragraph of the OP. This is essentially akin to asking, "what do you like to do during MSQ cutscenes?" Nothing to do with being cool.

This. Nothing steams me more then a tank or healer that has to announce in chat that they're drunk or hung over, like okay??? Am I going to get healed?? Are you going to keep aggro or do we have to kick you??

Exactly. If you have to go around telling people you're drinking or you're high while playing, I immediately think you're a huge embarrassment that I never want to be around again. One time I was in The Vault and someone else, I can't remember what job they were, ran right to the exit at the end, said something like "I'm so high lol" and then left and I cringed so hard I pulled a muscle.

Please get more interesting personality traits besides "I drink". Not only is it more healthy, but people probably won't find you to be as insufferable.

Been around enough drunks in my life to not want any part of alcohol.

I hate alcoholic beverages. They all seem to have a strong chemical taste. To be fair, I'm the sort of person who sometimes can't eat anything, even white bread, because it tastes too strong.
