Please, review Blood Weapon buff time

Maybe the intention is to stack both Blood Weapon and Delirium together and spam 5 Bloodspillers for big MP returns, because Blood Weapon works with both Weapon Skill and Spells.

Both windows are independent meaning you can use them both together or separate it doesn't matter the result is the same, the problem of use both at the same time is you increase the chance to don't fit 5 GCD due double weaving both buffs making you not only miss the resources of 1 but 2 of them making it worse, plus both buffs have complete different recast so the chances to have both to repeat the process in a real combat outside of the opener are minimun and most importan not necessary .
