Suggestion to allow hotkey change from ctrl for other hotbar

Would it at all be possible for SE to allow you to change the hold key to access hotbar 2 from ctrl to something else and also allow you to add a hold key for additional hotbars? For example on my samurai rather than holding ctrl then hitting 1/2/3 etc. to access hotbar 2 slots I want to change it so that I can hold an extra mouse button then hit 1/2/3 down instead and also be able to edit hotbar 3 to be accessed holding a 2nd mouse button. That way rather than reaching across my keyboard for rotations I can just hit 1 > 2 > 3 for Hakaze > Jinpu > Gekko and then hold extra mouse button 1 > 2 > 3 for Hakaze > Shifu > Kasha and then 2nd extra mouse button 1 > 2 for Hakaze > Yukikaze. Or is there someway I can macro it?

It allows me to use just the mouse key, but it doesn't allow me to bind it so that I have to hold the mouse key and then press 1 to use hot bar # 2 slot 1.

If you want to use your mouse buttons as modifiers, you'll need to go into your mouse's software and bind the buttons to actual modifier keys.
