Um, sorry to be so random between the armchair executives and developers but is there a source confirming its only 4 people working on jobs? outside of a credit list or such?

Sebazy goes into good detail, their post is worth a read. Curious you disqualify the credits list, though, as it is from the credits list we can find out who all worked on what through the game and it is what we have that tells us there are not only four people working on the jobs, but several of XIV's competitors staff a fuller combat team.
