People love to talk about the Budget and Resources, not even knowing what it is, or how it actually effects development.
Its not always money and manpower, its also from a technical standpoint. Just because you want something or because X game had/has it, doesn't mean every game can or will have it. There are things that go into making and coding a game Im sure none of us understand, so sitting here acting like more money and more people will fix it is just wishful thinking and ignorance.

The good thing is, Luminous Studio is an in house engine though, so they can freely adapt it over time, as they have several dozens of times now. Why I feel it's more time vs inability. Even when I used to work with that horrible engine called Gamebryo, I could make wonderful things in it. But the time needed was always the kicker, idea to get around certain limits etc and how to implement them.
