IIRC they only have a very small amount of guys working on the job balance, they could at least try and get a few more of those guys

Savage Completion Rate ~5%+ of active players. Community: "Ugh stop catering to savage"
Ultimate Completion Rate ~1% of active players. Community: "Ugh stop catering to the hardcore raiders"
Frontline/ Rival Wings/ Hidden Gorge Mount Aquisition ~0.05-1% of active players. Community: "Ugh PVP is so dead in this game, they should stop investing in it"
Blue Mage Morbol Mount Aquisition ~0.01% of active players. Community: "WoW bLuE mAgE iS sO fUn AnD aCtIvE i CaN't WaIt FoR mOrE lImItEd JoBs"
Limited races, limited jobs, and a broken armor piece that went completely overlooked...yes its time to give them more resources so that this "limited" trend can be put a stop to.
Lol, wtf is that thing!? Omg, I can't even begin to understand how they even missed that! XD
That poor Viera in there is just begging someone to put it out of its misery, poor thing fused to the armor like that... :'3
But yeah, game needs more resources and manpower. Tired of job classes getting undercut and shafted for new ones and careless decisions being made on the fly due to popularity or supposed popularity by the community.
We don't need another Eureka, Yoshida. We need issues in the game CURRENTLY that need fixing. Not another half thought through gimmick to get people to keep subscribing to your game. I personally liked some of Eureka's bits but a blind man can tell what their REAL intentions were creating it for. :/
*Waits for the mass murder crew to sweep in*
Thats why Viera don't get head gear.
Most of the money XIV pulls in doesn't get put back into XIV, but instead is used for Square's other projects. Combine that with what are seemingly pretty strict deadlines(Yoshida said around E3 that work on 6.X was going to start this month), and you have a lot of corner cutting.Lol, wtf is that thing!? Omg, I can't even begin to understand how they even missed that! XD

I feel like this is one of the things that ends up holding them back when it comes to final Fantasy as a whole, and not just the MMO's (though the MMO's are a big part of this).
Despite having a global studio presence, including the former Square Soft office and Crystal Dynamics, they've kept their MMO teams and their major product lines as a Shibuya exclusive, and as they've publicly said, this makes it incredibly hard to find people with ANY experience.
Meanwhile, Blizzard, as an example, gets significantly more cross-production on its persistent games.
There is a GIANT wealth of MMO talent, from the writing side to the programming side, that dont speak Japanese (not surprisingly, its predominantly English, Korean and Chinese) that Squeenix has 0 ability to utilize.
My only issue I've seen is the AF DNC gear on Hrothgar, the upper body chains don't rest on the chest like they should. They are like almost a cage that stands away from the body. Therefore, I had to glam over it.
