In Duty Roulette: Trials there's a system in place that awards twice the exp if you get a duty that takes longer than usual, like Steps of Faith or The Great Hunt, a system like this also exists for Duty Roulette: Leveling where getting Ifrit/Garuda/Titan story modes award 0.5x the exp.

This time consumed <-> Exp ratio doesn't exist in Alliance roulette, Syrcus tower takes 15 minutes to clear, Orbonne takes upwards 40 minutes (sometimes more if wipes), both reward the same total exp. This creates a situation where people are intentionally lowering their item level to avoid the higher level duties, or those who don't do that just abandon the duty if it's Dun Scaith or Orbonne. When abandoning a duty, doing something else for 30 mins and queuing again is better than just clearing Orbonne you know this is really poorly balanced.

My proposal is: keep the 3 CT raids as baseline exp, adjust the exp gained from level 60 and 70 raids based on how much more or less they take to clear on average compared to the 3 CT raids (Orbonne would give 2.5x exp for example)

Castrum Meridianium in Main Scenario should also be reviewed, while it shouldn't match Praetorium reward wise, it requires far more player input than Prae, which again is causing issues with people leaving the duty, or afking/going offline.
