Right now people leave CM cuz Prae gives more exp, if they buff CM exp than it will be the other way.
No, I didn't ask for dynamic exp adjustment, I meant a static exp adjustment. A dynamic adjustment would be exploited by people causing wipes so the run takes longer, but they can average the time it takes to clear Orbonne and compare it to other alliance raids, then adding a static bonus exp like they did with Prae, Great Hunt, Ifrit, etc. The system already exists, it just hasn't been applied to alliance raids.

How long till Orborne monastery is a faceroll? It could happen as a result of any future patch.

I don’t mind the bonus if it’s also eventually removed... otherwise you just replace one issue with another.

You could actually automate this. Watch fight metrics and dynamically adjust rewards based on factors like how much damage is being done or taken, adjusted by mechanics failure rates and inject “perfect data” in AFK gaps to prevent people from slowing fights down in order to buff the rewards... (ie, if the data reveals that people are AFK 30% of the time, inject a presumption that the fight was actually cleared 30% faster than the data shows - thus reducing the rewards).

- and also tweak the rewards over time based on averages and not individually.

They have all this data, even fflogs has this data. Someone could plug fflogs data into a spreadsheet and come back with a perfect formula for balancing rewards for all of the roulettes that adjusted itself every hour...
Right, but re-evaluating exp values once the raid takes significantly less time to clear is probably a magnitude of less effort than developing an entire new system with many checks to dynamically scale exp, and still expect that players wont try to find a way to exploit it, specially when we already have the static exp boost system in place in 3 other roulettes.
