They're still usable in apartments and FC rooms at least.

Aren't Rising event rewards always quite tiny? So this isn't a surprise or worth wishing something more. In the past it has been minions, orchestrion rolls or just prisms.

To be fair, on a "roleplaying" point of view, I don't think Eorzean are really inclined at promoting genocidal maniac with cute moving plushies but on the other hand we have mini world-ending dragon and various criminal NpC as minion too so, yeah why not, could be fun having a little Emet following us. Too bad I'm a beck on maniac so if it won't sit on my shoulder they'll collect dust.

Problem was they gave both main themes for SHB through the MSQ. So there are no current rolls to give that will end up on the mogstation shortly after.

A minion was a given but I'm surprised by the amount of posters. I think this may be a norm of getting last year's artwork on a poster for the current year's event now.

Anyway considering how the Halloween event is going to contain some amazing things I'm totally okay with a decent Rising this year. The story in that event alone is what makes it imo.
