A guaranteed level does not equal the time spent doing the Roulette, the current amount is adequate; could be increased slightly but not what you suggest. Otherwise why don't we just give every single player Road to 80 if we are going to be that greedy for exp...

Considering that at any given time I queue MSQ I end up #30+ in line for my role I'd say plenty enough people are still running it and they consider it enough.
