I loved rogue, but when I became Ninja, it ruined it for me. I can't stand the weaving of abilities setups to perform the ability. It's a nightmare for me, and I end up messing it up most of the time. I ended up giving up on Ninja, and went Samurai, and I don't miss Ninja at all.

If they took those silly combo power ups out of Ninja and gave it straight usable abilities instead, I would switch back.

Monk for me I liked it in HW and played it a bunch but after that I just dropped it and never wanted to play it again, maybe it was old Riddle of Fire? Idk just one of those classes that I dislike playing but with the new changes this xpac I might give it a shot again.

For me its monk. After leveling it, its just too many positionals. I dont like Bard because I dislike the animations, and AST just always felt too weak to me.

Samurai. The sounds grate on my ear and it’s big hit has a cast time. I don’t generally like cast times in any class design... but in melee it’s especially grating, made worse because the sound effects grate on my ears rather than pull me in.

I am trying to level everything to 80 for the amaro mount at the moment. Blackmage to me is like cutting my teeth on dry glass. Sorry Yoshi-P! I think the worse of it is the enochain management, being on a timer all the time gives me anxiety. I know its not difficult to maintain as there are many tools now for it specifically but I just don't find countdowns fun, it is nerve wracking. I also hate that because the game decided to go with the split element concept rather than the wheel that the job is only limited to three spells, forever and more. I would have found it more fun if I could cast a bit of everything and not just various degrees of fire.

For me what kills the fun in a job is:
    1) Positionals
    2) Maintaining a buff
    3) Stances (although they got rid of a lot of these hurray!)
    4) Too many buttons, abilities just for the sake of having abilities
    5) Spamming the same elemental spell or attack

So black mage and monk tick most of these boxes and not surprisingly are my least enjoyed.

Melees. I've been playing casters (and sometimes ranged) jobs for so long that I just find approaching the enemy to hit it feeling pretty annoying. I also like having a good view of my area unlike melees who have their targets at point blank.

PLD: The triple Atonement ruins the "flow" the job had in SB while in the Fight or Flight window (Goring-Royal-Royal-Goring).

NIN: Just like in SB, you have to do too much in this class and you're too heavily punished for failure. Mudra rotation, Trick Attack windows, regular rotations, Ten-Chi-Jin timing, scroll skills...there's far too much going on in the class and I can't get a feel for it, there's no real flow, it's too chaotic.

RDM: I just feel so bored playing this job, it's like 2.0 BLM, incredibly easy, and incredibly boring.

DRG, its just....idk boring I guess, I just cant get it to click
NIN because I don't like the aesthetic or wielding giant swords instead of daggers, I would have also preferred to stay a rogue
SCH, again idk why, I loved sch in xi but in xiv I just cant stand it
MNK too many positionals, I don't mind rotations but hate having to dance around a mob while I do them is aggravating

Monk and ninja. I have both at 50 and they are the only ones I never want to play again.

Warrior, I loved playing it in 2.0 when I was still bad and stayed in tank stance all the time I loved the feeling of being the "active mitigation" tank compared to pld's passive mitigation. When 3.0 came out and gave warriors deliverance I was not fond of the idea of stance dancing. Not to mention dark knight and good old abyssal drain spam was what won me over as far as tanking goes. I level it to cap and then promptly forget it exists every time.
