Is this a possible way to finally bring Amaterasu into XIV? (Possible Spoilers)

So, we all expected to get a trial fight with Amaterasu in 4.X, but we only got 2 of the 3 siblings. But has 5.X given us a way to finally fight her. There are two possibilities, one I though of and one my friend thought up once I told him mine.

    My Idea: The Eden Raid.
Okay so in the Eden Raid we are tasked with returning the elements to The Empty, and as started in the first third we'll be using our memories of Primals to bring back an element. We know that we'll be fighting the 6 classic Primals, one for each element, but there is also speculation of fighting incarcerations of Light and Darkness, but who could represent them? Now most people speculate Odin for Darkness, but that doesn't feel right, he might be called The Dark Divinity, but that's mostly because he is dark, not because he represents it. But there is one MSQ primal who would fit Darkness perfectly, Tsukuyomi.

So, though the concept of Light and Dark can be interpreted in myriad ways, the easiest way is to just view it as night and day. We have Tsukuyomi as the God(dess) of the Moon and Divinity of the Night. So when the time comes to think of a Primal to represent Darkness, they're a show in. But what about Light. Well I could easily see Urianger casually mention that in his studies of the far east and their various kami's that he learned of Tsukuyomi's sibling, the Goddess of the Sun Amaterasu. From their we could somewhat "alter" our memories of Yotsuyu and replace parts of them with Tsuyu and for the ferocity maybe mix in some Asahi. It's not likely to happen, but it's not an impossible scenario.

    Friend's Idea: MSQ related
My friend's idea was a bit different, he'd like to see Amaterasu integrated into the MSQ somehow. We dont knowhow the new batch of trials will be in 5.X yet, but this would most likely be the 5.3 Trial which has been related to the MSQ so far. In this case Amaterasu could be akin to a Lightwarden and be trying to restart the flood or something. This kinda works since The First is a "parallel" plain of existence and doesn't have to relate to the Primals of The Source as would be expected.

So what do people think? I personally doubt this would happen, but it would be interesting.

I like helping people with their Job ideas, it's fun to help them visuallize and create the job they'd like to play most. Plus I make my own too, I'll post them eventually.

I don’t play other FF games so I don’t know but has Amaterasu been used in FF before?

I see a lot of Hindu figures used, which when FF started was probably something they didn’t think would ever come up as they might not have expected the game to go global and sensitivity over these things wasn’t then what it is now (plus it’s D&D inspired and D&D used Hindu figures at will and very poorly all over the place, original FF authors might not have even known the source went beyond a D&D book).

But Amaterasu is sacred to Shinto. So I am surprised that’s been used in FF as that’s SE’s own cultural traditions. That just seems like a scalding hot potato to touch.

She has been seen in Braverly Second: End Layer & FF: Explorers afaik, so it's very possible to have her here.

From what I read (although I don't remember WHERE, so take it with a grain of salt) is that we WERE supposed to get Amaterasu as a Primal in the 4.x series, but her design was too similar to Lakshmi and she ended up scrapped. I'd have loved to see her to round out the 3 siblings.

Also, Amaterasu HAS appeared in the series, or rather, some of the lesser known spin-offs. She debutted in FF Explorers and showed up as a summon in Bravely Second (which is an FF in everything but name). Susano-o also showed up in Bravely Default, although I don't remember if Tsukiyomi showed up in those, too...

Previous appearances aren't entirely necessary. Ravana made his first Final Fantasy appearance in Heavensward.

I still kind of wish the true final battle with Zenos proper would be him using an Othardian jewel as the font of a primal transformation into Amaterasu. I know it's far less likely to happen given recent developments, but if Tsukuyomi can take the appearance of a woman (Yotsuyu) in FFXIV when many depictions of Tsukuyomi are often male then Amaterasu being male in form within the game shouldn't be much of a stretch. Again, wishful thinking, I know...

With all due respect, I don't think The Empty is lacking in Light aether, my dude.

I would like to see Amaterasu, though. Maybe one based on the Final Fantasy Explorers version.
