    QoL Change for times on job-specific UIs

    Right now the UI takes the internal number (lets say 2.7s left on Enochian) and rounds it up to the closest number, however, this makes the UI say misleading things, id much rather be able to see the actual internal number (2.64s for example) rather than 2.64s rounded up to 3s.

    I feel like this would be a small QoL change but i sure would like it.

    I wouldn't mind some additions to SMN gauges. We have so many timers. It would be nice if we could look at one very central place to look at all the timers. Maybe energy drain and Tri-disaster.
