Do I have to buy the eternal bonding ceremony again if I canceled the first time?

Purchased the gold pack in 2017 to get married ingame, have all of the items it came with. Didn't go through with the actual ceremony, I talked to an NPC to cancel it.
Want to do it again, do I have to buy it again? Will I get duplicates of all the items?

Do you mean you have both the starting items that you bought? Or the quest items?
The biggest hurdle I see is that once you and your partner activate the starter item, you have to run the quest(s) together, so you'd probably have to do the process from the start again.

I don't think I have the wristlet anymore, I must have gotten past that part in the quest. I just have the outfit, the dress etc. I don't think I got an RL monetary refund when I canceled the quest.
