    Turned off all overlays and nothing running in the background. My computer was not overheating either. And, I may be wrong, but I doubt I would get that same message from my computer overheating anyway. In the past, the game has lagged and been a bit glitchy if it overheated, but I never goth that message before. It's only been since I reinstalled FFXIV after upgrading parts and having to reinstall everything. I also haven't had any issues with any other games I play. In fact, they all seem to be running better now. So the ONLY game I've been having an issue being able to play, is FFXIV

    Good morning and thank you for the reply.

    If you have not done so already, please try doing a cleanboot. To perform a clean boot for Windows 8/10: Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
