Reinstalling on Windows 7

It looks like your graphics card drivers are a bit out of date. I'd recommend doing a clean install of the most up-to-date versions, if you haven't done so already.

It also looks like you have Geforce Experience open. try disabling this overlay while playing the game.

Thanks. I've actually been trying to download the GeForce graphic card driver thingy, but my computer hasn't been letting me download that either. *sigh* suppose i gotta get ahold of GeForce for that problem tho. My bf and I will work on that problem this evening and I'll let you know if that fixes the FFXIV problem once we get that fixed

ok. got GeForce working and Driver updated... FFXIV still is coming up with that same message. Do I have to uninstall/reinstall it again?
