Just having a very hard time getting a straight answer in game. I played to the middle point of Heavensward and quit before much of Alexander opened up. I'm interested in doing the normal raids and eventually Eden. How difficult are these and does the roulette have a decent success rate?

I did ARR EX modes and up to 2nd Coil turn 3 so I know I could handle these mechanics but do you need discord between the Tanks. Or are people pretty good at knowing what they're doing?
