    Individual word translations given in the text (some deduced from phrases) that I noted as I went:

    Dohn = forbidden
    Eo = star, lesser light
    Feo = treasure, wealth
    Iala = "the turn of the seasons"
    Jul = yew
    Mheg = kingdom, realm (Il Mheg, Dohn Mheg)
    Oul = land, earth
    Ryne = blessing
    Sigun = sun, light
    Sul = flower
    Tyr = warrior? *
    Ul = moon, darkness

    * The pixie Sigun Ul suggests that if they were to give us a name by their custom, we might be "Sigun Tyr" or "Ul Tyr" - combined with the separate information that Sigun and Ul mean light and darkness, Tyr seems likely to mean warrior.

    And phrases:

    Aenc Uin = "water and happiness", "happiness in the water"
    Iala Sul = [turn of the seasons + flower] = "a flower that blooms always"
    Jul Feo = [yew + treasure] = "a treasure beneath the yew"
    Lydha Lran = "flower house"

    Two different words are translated as "flower", so possibly specific types, or maybe name-runes are a separate language again just to confuse things.

    I still need to finish a lot of the sidequests there because I started getting anxious about finding out where the main plot was going. So I need to get back to that.

    That should be "twilight" or "dusk" (the fading light after sunset) rather than "dawn" (increasing light before sunrise).

    Some of them remain unknown at this moment.
    Give me your cooperation, if you please.
    Great work figuring out so much of the grammar!

    For "akt"/"acht" the pronounciation is the same, so I think we can follow the official spelling of "acht" there.

    Bismarck: Long has it been since my name was called.
    Ro... im da sa win mer aner
    (Unanalysable...)

    Feo Ul: Sleepy Bismarck, you old pixie! These are my precious, precious sapplings.
    Gus Bismer, win pikto!
    sleepy Bismarck old pixie
    So "win" can refer to age or a general length of time?

    Lv. 79: To Storm-tossed Seas (2)
    Bismarck: I have fulfilled my duty. I return now to the lake.
    Ro, vala la ala
    so, ? ? ?
    (Unanalysable...)
    Could "la" be the suffix that makes it a command? Either attached to "vala", or "la" itself means duty/command and thus attaching it to other words turns them into commands...?
