    Hey I know, lets just drop anima and get an auto travel method! As in, you click your destination through your map or journal map and your character gets on his/her chocobo and rides there through a computer automated path. Its a fix for both people who want to drop anima and stick to ground world level travel and its still amazingly lazy for folks who prefer just shortcutting to places without actually doing the travel manually!

    and you also have everything 50 so obviously you have a shit ton of time on your hands. Not everyone else is so lucky.

    I'll never understand why people keep complaining about something that they don't have to use. You play how you want and let everyone else play how they want.

    Generally concept art shown to players is concept art that is to be used for something, and concept art is what everything modeled and visual about a game is based on. These guys don't just go into Z brush or Mudbox and start crapping out random monsters until something looks good, they model from the concept art down to the T. If it's in the concept artwork and was shown to us it's extremely valid, and from what I have been told the Japanese text on the picture states that the meteor interacts with and deactivates many of the crystals.

    To the people who say get rid of teleporting and make everyone take forever to get to places? Go sell your car and start walking to work. No, don't take your bike either, that's too easy and quick. Walk to work, then walk home. Every day.

    I'm fine with the anima as it is. Sitting on very little right now due to people being greedy with theirs and my four year old teleporting himself from Uldah to Uldah about 10 times. First I have to teleport you to Broken Water, then I have to teleport you to Grid, then Grid, then Grid, oh ty so much I am low on anima (as they have 80+) then grid again for good measure. Its a mexican standoff in every party. "Where we going guys?" "Camp Dragonhead." Then eight people stare at monitor hoping someone else will teleports them.

    Please stop trying to take stuff away from those who enjoy it.

    I've done every job quest and helped out a great deal of my LS clear theirs and I still have anima to spare. Not 100 but I've got enough to get me around should I need to teleport. Then again that's because I know how to manage my anima and the people I know are also willing to rotate teleports if need be. How about using those chocobos and airships for once? You really don't need to teleport everywhere, the system is fine.

    Also consider that the game world will eventually be expanding and with it a larger list of locations. This will require people to further manage their anima or use other systems present to get around.
