I think it would be nice if they let you rent wards for your LS. That way when people search wards, towards the bottom you can see wards named after the LS. People can still go shop in them too but only that LSs retainers can be there. That way LS members can buy from each other if they want to buy from each other first instead of buying from a random retainer. Also, while you rent that ward, that ward can come with it's own retainer just for that ward where if people in that LS get items they don't need they can put it in there for other people in the LS to use if they do need it. They could easily make it so that if you have the appropriate LS equipped you can place retainers in that ward as well as access that LS retainer.

Edit: As far as that retainer selling items, probably only the leaders should deal with the matters of gil. And if you don't want to sell from the LS retainer you don't have to, Very easy.
