Everyone who has the Mentor title should be honoured and also be committed to help the community, share some knowledge and be an example for in game behaviours certainly, performance possibly. Those who can’t do that should un-equip their crown.
I would say, 5/10 mentors are good. Also good part of the new or newish players are not willing to listen or learn or understand this game or be part of the community and that’s a solid 7/10.
Important to say that in the “good mentors” category there are different kind of mentors that have different attitudes, specialities and way to help others. You can be short tempered or a strict one but still a good mentor tbf. Being honourable always it’s a must.
