    New system - getting Japanese dx11 error on English client

    Just recently got a new system, installed and everything was fine. Went to play the next day and get the following error after logging in and hitting "play"



    I can downgrade to DX9 and play, but I get the error message about "not supported" so I'd like to get this resolved.
