    Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

    Are you trying to get more of a performance out of the CPU or GPU. Also when you experience this issue, do you notice any stuttering or lag?

    Not overclocking. When there is a sudden drop in framerate, or it varies wildly, there is stuttering. My main issue is the average FPS dipping into the mid-80s to 90s while CPU and GPU usage are relatively low.

    I don't understand why I'm unable to sustain 100FPS for any length of time. I have all quality settings on low or off: Reflections Off, Transparent Lighting Normal, Parallax/Tesselation Normal, Shadows All Off, Shadow resolution Normal, Cascading Normal, Softening Weak, SSAO Off.
