Where do you mean you are attempting to set "additional banks of hotkeys"? Is this a Razer-specific thing?

Could you not achieve what you want to achieve by just setting keybinds in the game using modifier keys and the set of hotkeys you've bound to your mouse?
Or is this in fact what you are already trying to do, and the in-game keybind window isn't agreeing with your mouse?
