2. Completed tank role quest "To Have and Lost" Lv. 80
3. Jenlyns does not appear in Uldah

Silly question, but did you do the level 70 quest to get passage of arms? The quest is called Raising the Sword. X: 9.3, Y: 12.0 uldah.
