Game Pauses....lagging like issues

Have had my ISP out here 5 times in 3 weeks, they can’t find an issue with my connection. Also, I’m on a wired ps4 so above suggestions don’t help.

Thank you for the reply. The issue may not stem from your immediate location. It's likely you are running into an issue along your way to the server. This wouldn't affect your connection to other website/services but it might for Final Fantasy XIV.
