amdapor keep is not allow me to queue

I try to queue for this one specific dungeon, for the paladin relic weapon quest, but it won't find a server for me. Either I try to do it synced or unsynced neither works. I even asked my group to queue as leader but it wouldn't work for them either. Please advise.

Date & Time: aug 13, and aug 14
Frequency: everytime i try to queue, either attempting solo or with group
World name: Exodus
Character name: Lady Saranghae

Class/Level: paladin/50
Party or solo: both

Steps:
1. queue for dungeon
2. finding server
3. constantly finding server but not queuing in (even if the group is already ready to go)

Might be related to RMT bots, they love that dungeon. They queue up as a group, warp around and kill all the normal mobs, then leave. I've been grouped with 3 of them before a couple times, and also joined in progress runs with someone who had been grouped with the bots.
