Migrating from Primal - Group looking for FC!

Hi! Thanks for stopping in to read my post.

I'm new to this game. Been playing little over a month now. It's great! I'm really enjoying it. Mostly. There's one thing that's been a thorn in my side. Here's our small story.

I gave this game a go with the free trial promotion. And I managed to snag a spot on Primal > Lamia where my roommates had characters [ the most accomplished is a high level Scholar]. They welcomed my company bc their FC had died off and hasn't come back for the Shb Expac. We've had a great time! And I even invited fiancé and a few friends that are playing now too. Problem is, when my friends and SO started up - Lamia server is in New Character lock-down. MOST of the Data Center is Congested with a Character lock down. -I- can't even make alts for my personal enjoyment!

So my group has discussed it and we're moving to the Crystal data center so we can all be on the same World and in the same FC together.

All 6 of us have been playing MMOs for some time. Two of us have been in serious dungeon/RAIDing groups. Three of us (me included) are brand new to FFXIV and are looking forward to exploring all this content!

We also want to make new friends and have a group of people to do things with. Dungeons, hunting trips, exploration trips (That sight-seeing log!). Half of us also have a history of participating in RP communities (Back when we played WoW we enjoyed the Horde community on Wyrmrest Accord). RP in your FC is NOT a hard requirement for us, we can just RP amongst ourselves. :P

We WOULD like an FC that has property so we can explore the content linked to owning property in the game (gardening and I think it's connected to chocobo breeding?). From my novice understanding, land/a house is very hard to come by. So I think joining an FC that has a "guild hall" is our best bet for enjoying this content.

We haven't initiated our transfers yet. I am planning on making a "throw away" character to be able to see what the World is like and talk "in person" with anyone that would like to. You can also reply here and I will keep tabs. <3

Hey, still looking for an FC? Unfortunately we don't have property yet but that's in the plans for the future. We're a little newer but have a pretty good group, 8 members so far. We're a relaxed bunch, don't get too hardcore about things, nobody is gonna get kicked for not being on at set times or anything like that.
