"You Were Unable To Leave The Area" - Can't complete Goblet quest.

I just tried to enter The Goblet, which I assume is the housing district, for the quest "Where The Heart Is (The Goblet)". Unfortunately when trying to enter, I keep receiving a message saying "You were unable to leave the area".

Why is this and is there anything I'm not doing right?

Housing districts aren't available in Spriggan and Twintania. So you can't enter the areas.

If you want to do those quests, you should use the World Visit System

So there's no housing in my server? Why is that? Kinda makes me wish I'd not picked this server now :/

It's because these servers are meant for new players and SE wanted to give them enough time to meet the requirements to get a house. Otherwise all houses would allready be bought by people who transferred to these servers. But a lot small plots would still be available I guess since on other not so populated servers on that data centers are still a lot available too.

As ACE mentioned, housing will eventually be available, we just don't know when, unfortunately.

Square Enix wanted to let new players have a chance at housing too by waiting before making it available. Otherwise, players coming from other servers would have already pick a lot of the plots (althought I doubt there wouldn't be any left, since Omega and Louisoix were created when Stormblood was released and there are still a lot of housing over there).
