There's no point/reason to run it in minimum item level though, because the whole reason this is getting proposed is to stop people doing ilvl fixing for alliance roulette, which people do because the CT raids are significantly easier than the 60/70 ones. Why not setup some min ilvl runs in PF? No need to punish the vast majority of people who don’t want this, I’ve heard of groups that run things specifically at min ilvl for this reason.
They said they wanted to encounter the mechanics again, they’d have all the mechanics at min ilvl while most people do the roullete as is so everyone is happy.
Don't forget, however, that changes to the game would affect all regions. There are no complaints such as these on the JPN forums (I'm JPN) and I've never heard of anyone complaining about such things. While people may prefer to have the challenge of the later raids, I don't foresee SE or Yoshi changing or adding ilvl reqs to a roulette that exists to help new players progress. Even if I get LotA or ST, there is almost always a 'new player' bonus to each run. Thus, the roulette is serving it's purpose.
Please reread the part where I said that they wanted this to happen as part of the alliance roulette to stop people from ilvl scumming so they only get LotA/ST, therefore any "just queue it minimum ilvl!" suggestions are meaningless because they address the problem 0%.They said they wanted to encounter the mechanics again, they’d have all the mechanics at min ilvl while most people do the roullete as is so everyone is happy.
Actually, that was pretty much my whole post. Just reread the whole post. It wasn't that long.

When people need to do at least some of the encounter mechanics instead of just facerolling through the CT series,”
If they want more mechanics min ilvl will get them that without changing the roullete for people that prefer it the way it is
Thing is, some people believe the roulette needs to be changed despite the people that "prefer" it the way it is. The way it is right now is broken and exploitable.
Sometimes things that people don't necessarily like should still happen for the good/balance of a game. Obviously tons of people would like it if they gave a free set of ilvl 9999 gear to everyone so we could steamroll everything, but anyone can see how that would be ultimately unhealthy for the game.
Yeah the Crystal Tower raids as they are aren’t effecting the balance of the game, also you can’t face roll Labyrinth of the Ancients unless you want to wipe on most of the bosses(for example a few people in one party missing pads will wipe the entire alliance. Also someone said lvl 70 raids in Raba you can actually skip a lot of the mechanics with high enough dps
Alliance raids are one of my favourite content and being stuck doing the same one every day or just have to wait long periods for specifics is not a nice thing. I personally think SE should do something about it, and in a way, people that drop their ILvL are defeating the purpose of the roulette. With this said, I don't think anything good will come by forcing people to do stuff they don't want.
IMO, is a better idea is to move the current XP to leveling roulette and making alliance a max level one that enforces a minimum ILvL to que up. With the appropriate rewards will work. This treatment probably could be extended to any other roulette that suffers from the same problem.
That is a thought, if someone is lvl 60 or 70 make it so they have to be at the ilvl requirement for those raids to be able to que for alliance, the question is if this is doable in the code.Alliance raids are one of my favourite content and being stuck doing the same one every day or just have to wait long periods for specifics is not a nice thing.
